A little bit about me before I get to know you.

I’m originally from Orange County, California. Playing and watching sports have always been my passion. I was fortunate to get to play soccer collegiately at Stanford, where we won an NCAA national championship and I was an All-American and captain. I then played professionally in the NWSL for three seasons, where we were two-time regular season champions. I’ve found my experiences playing elite sport to be incredibly helpful when I’m working with other high performers and teams. Mental health and performance services weren’t available to me as a player. Knowing now how much it could have benefited me is part of my motivation to provide these resources and opportunities to other high performers.

After retiring, I returned to school to get my PhD in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Sport Psychology. Since graduating, I’ve been offering individual and group psychotherapy, mental performance training, consultation, team workshops, and assessment at the youth, D1 collegiate, professional, and international level. A career highlight was going to the 2024 Paris Olympics with Team Canada.

In addition to athletes, I also enjoy working with other high performing jobs and companies as well as the general community. I prioritize tailoring my work to the individual or team that I’m working with.

I’m currently living in Salt Lake City with my wonderful husband, son, and dog. I enjoy trying to not get overly competitive or injured in adult sports leagues, adventuring in the outdoors, traveling, finding the best local food spots, and enjoying quality time with the important people in my life.
